Defects

Mostly the defect is mechanical. That means the product wasnt made from quality material or was made with faults or missing parts. Also it can be scratched, worn-out, cracked..

According to the Czech law system the manufacturer’s warranty is 2 year for most of the selling goods.  When something happens with purchased product, the seller has to repair, exchange the product or pay money back to the customer but It´s always not so easy.

When 2 years warranty expire, we can repair it by ourselves or call the service (plumber, engineer, carpenter or auto mechanic).

When we apply for warranty, we will need faulty product, receipt, guarantee certificate.

My last defect i had to face was flat tire. I had to stop my car and i  think about a good solution. It´s a hard job so I decided to call my boyfriend.  He changed the tyre and i could continue my journey. It was quite funny in the  end.
