We decided to accept your 5% discount you offered, if we will pay in cash. Also another 5% quantity discount offered by you we require, because we order all 6 planes as you want.

We would like to confirm that payment is to be made by irrevocable letter of credit which we have already applied to the bank for.

Would you please send the shipping documents and your sight draft to IPB, Zlin.
