JOBS, CAREER
- What is the right job for you? What would you like to do and why?
I think that the right job for me is that job which I like and which I enjoy. I would like to word somewhere, where I can talk with people. I have to be interested in my job.
I would like to be a teacher at basic school because I like teaching somebody. I have already taught my friends. For example, I was teaching mathematics the one of them. He said me that he did school leaving exam because of me! It was wonderful feel. Exactly this feel is the main reason why I want to teach. And teachers also have long holidays!
- What are your greatest strengths and weaknesses?
In my opinion, I am quite talkative and it is good for a fob where I have to talk with people.
My strengths absolutely are fast learning, respect to authority, doing things on time, ability to improvise and I am ambitious.
On the other hand, I am sometimes quite lazy and I am a little bit untidy.
- How would you describe yourself in three words?
Smart, ambitious, original.
I think that I am smart because I had distinction almost whole basic school. I don´t have to learn a vocabulary to English for a long time, I learn them quite fast.
I am very ambitious because I never give something up. When I start doing something, I finish it. Why start doing something if I give it up five minutes after start? It doesn´t have a sense.
And in the end, I am original because I am not wondering if clothes, which I wear, are in or out. I don´t control myself according to fashion. I do what I want and I don´t do what others do.
- If you were an animal, which one would you want to be?
It is hard to say. Monkey is clever. Cat is independent and it likes freedom. Lion is proud and strong.
But I would prefer to be a dog. Dog is very clever too. It is the best friend of a human. It is faithful to his friend. It can learn some gimmick very quickly. It respects the authority.
- Things that motivate people at work.
There are a lot of things which motivate people at whatever. It depends on their own values, interests and hobbies.
Money can motivate people very well. Everybody needs money to pay a lot of things, for example food.
Another way how to motivate people is friendly atmosphere at work. Some people need to word among other people. Maybe they don´t like to be whole day in the office with computer, they need society.
People like doing something what make a sense. Nobody wants to do something whole day to listen in the end of that day that you did it needlessly.
Somebody enjoy doing something for other people. Just for a pleasure. These people usually don´t care how much they earn.
Everybody wants to do something what they are good in or what they like to do. And of course, this motivation depends on their abilities and hobbies.
If somebody like piano and he can play the piano and he wants to improve in this ability, he would be a great musician. If somebody is good at languages, he can translate books or he can be a guide.
