• My name is Roman. I live in a small town with my family. Its name is Odry. We live in a flat. My father has the same name as me. He is 40 years old and he is a worker in private firm. His hobbies are riding on bike, playing videogames and watching TV. My mother’s name is Yvona and she is 39 years old. Her hobbies are riding on bike and watching TV. She hates cooking. My grandparents live in the same town. My grandmother’s name is Jarka and she is 60 years old. My grandfather’s name is Radek and he is 63 years old. They like growing plants. They have own garden and they go every day there. They have a small that lives in the their garden. My grandmother likes cooking and she cooks the best Christmas cake.
• When the child was born people can see sign in store windows and on front doors proglaming: “It is a boy or girl”. An expectant mother often gets presents from her friends. This present is called Baby Shower. During childbirth husband stands near expectant mother in delivery room. Growing up is very expensive for parents. Children go to basic school during childhood. When the child is teenager it goes to secondary school and it falls in love with. When he goes out with her long time, they have the engagement then they have wedding. They can marry in the church or in town hall. Bride wears growns and bridegroom wears tuxedo. Wedding’s customs are breaking plates and throwing a bunch of flowers. When the person a dies, there is a period of two or three days when family and friends meet at a funeral parlour and pray or just take one last look at the deceased. This is called a wake. Deceased can be bury or cremation. The people have a farewell party. The people send an announcement of death to deceased’s friends.
