How to keep fit?
- we should try to live a healthy way of life
- live healthy lifestyle
- eat healthy food – vegetables, fruit
- have a lot of vitamins
- (practice)/do some sport – at least swim or go for walks
- breath fresh air
- keep hygienic laws
- wear warm clothes in winter
- avoid stress
- no smoking, alcohol, drugs
- stop working so hard
- eat less fat (fatty and sweet food)
- eat a balanced diet – extreme diets may cause lots of problems
- better to eat steamed, boiled or grilled meat than fried one
- we should also drink enough – about 3 litres a day
- relax at home
- keep our mental state in order
- coffee – drinks containing caffeine are not considered drinks because they dry up our organism
- many doctors recommend to drink one glass of red wine to improve condition of your blood
